Here’s What Some of Our Satisfied Customers Have to Say
Above and beyond to help me
“Dr. Doi and the entire staff always go above and beyond to help me, calm me and understand the pain in my mouth. But you know what… I also deal with a lot of stress about what can I do to stop this nightmare that has turned into my mouth… and all of you were so kind, made me feel like I got a great big hug from all of you. The psychological trauma is real and each one of you were so gentle, positive, helpful and truly, truly kind.
God bless each and every member if your staff! A Mahalo nui loa!”

The gentle touch of an angel
“We searched for an IAOMT Certified dentist to provide our family with truly bio-compatible (holistic) dentistry.
To our delight we found Dr. Doi who clearly works for a higher purpose to protect our families from fluoride, aluminum, mercury and BPA toxicity.
Dr. Doi has helped to keep fluoride out of our drinking water in Hawaii and has the gentle touch of an angel.
My sincerest thanks for all you and your most professional team do. “

‘One of a kind’ dental practice
“I’m 60 years old and have lived most of my life not knowing the long term dangers associated with root canals. It was about a year ago that I began experiencing overall health issues – my immune system seemed to be off. I was catching colds, ear-aches, and having sore throats constantly. I blamed it on the VOG we have here on the Big Island, but that didn’t explain why it was affecting me this way and not others. One day a neighbor told how he was had been feeling terrible and coincidentally had an infected root canal tooth pulled. As soon as it was out, his health improved dramatically. He then had the remaining root canal teeth pulled and he immediately returned to full health. He admitted it was a radical decision but was entirely convinced it was the right thing to do.
It hit me like a brick that this could explain my poor health. I had 3 teeth with root canals and one of them was still obviously infected even though the tooth had gone through a (expensive) root canal. The dental industry resists pulling teeth in general and the surgeon wanted to try several more options first. I told Dr. Doi my story and he suggested I read a book called “Root Canal Cover Up” by George E. Meinig, based on research done by Dr. Price back in the early 1900’s. It’s a controversial book by any standards, but it seemed to make good sense to me. These teeth are still infected and leaking toxins 24 hours a day.
I ‘pushed’ to have the tooth removed and by the following day I was feeling much better – more alert and more energy. I then had the remaining root canal teeth removed and again there was a noticeable improvement in my overall health and wellbeing. The surgeon even remarked as he pulled the tooth, ‘this one was still infected too’. It’s expensive, but I will gladly pay to have infected teeth replace with implants. Like my neighbor, I too am convinced that root canals are still infected teeth that can cause latent problems in life as our immune systems become less robust. I think the traditional dental industry is in denial over this and it often becomes an important “missed” diagnosis between our medical and dental professions.
I want to thank Dr. Doi for his most amazing care. Through his skill, research, and breadth of knowledge, he has blended high technology with common sense into a ‘one of a kind’ dental practice. We are fortunate to have him on our island. “
